Easy cholesterol test

I ordered the cholesterol test online and it was pretty straightforward. Went to a local lab for the draw, which was quick. Got the results in my inbox in about 3 days. It was nice not needing to go through my doctor first for this.

Good for quick check

I got the A1C blood test. Purchased it, had my blood drawn locally. Results came fast. No doctor visit needed. Everything went smoothly and the results were clear.

Good value on wellness panel

Decided to try Rite Aid for a wellness blood work panel. I was looking for a good deal since I don't have great insurance right now. The price for the panel was better than what I saw at other places, and I was able to use my HSA card which saved me some money upfront. The whole process, from ordering to getting the results, felt efficient and worth what I paid. Compared to doctor's office pricing, this saved me a decent amount.

Hey guys, thinking about getting that A1C test from Rite Aid. It says no doctor needed, but how does the blood draw even work? Do I go to a Rite Aid store or what?

J James Marsh 4 months ago
Nah, you don't go to a Rite Aid store for the draw. They partner with actual labs like Labcorp or Quest. You get a voucher and then schedule an appointment at one of their locations near you.

It's pretty easy actually. After you order, they send you instructions to find a local lab. My closest one was a Quest Diagnostics. Just show up with your voucher, get the draw, and you're good. No extra charge there.
